Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being received. Most orders ship the following business day. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the minimum spend for free shipping is met.

Damages & Mis-Ships

Please verify all items in your shipment immediately upon delivery. Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Keep the original shipping box and packaging materials for carrier claims.
• Do not adjust invoice amounts until a credit or debit memo is issued.
• This includes mis-ships, damages, and defective items.

Returns

Returns require prior authorization from PlayLoveToys. Please email admin@playlovetoys.com for approval and instructions.

Defective items may be replaced or credited.

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Used merchandise (health & safety regulations)
• Damaged packaging
• Clothing, lingerie, latex accessories, costumes
• Products missing components or accessories
• Items not in original manufacturer packaging
• Items with expiration dates (lubricants, topicals, contraceptives, edible products)
